I read this today and had tears rolling down my face , it is such wonderful news ;o)
We are delighted to announce the Secretary of State has rejected the appeal by Bantin and Kingman (B & K) to build a beagle breeding facility in Yorkshire.
The BUAV has campaigned extensively to stop this facility from going ahead. Our campaign has been supported by thousands of people across the country and has received wide spread media coverage. We have also received the support of celebs such as Ricky Gervais and Dr Brian May.
Thank you to those of you who have supported this important campaign. This is a victory for the animals!
